"Under the terms of the Builder's Limited Warranty issued in connection with the construction of the below described home, this Request for Warranty Service is submitted to describe the nature of your concern(s) covered by the Builder's Limited Warranty. While we do our best to work within your schedule, all warranty work must be performed during our business hours between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday. One homeowner must be present at the home while work is performed.
